Almost 5 years after the launch of the Xbox 360, Microsoft released the first big hardware revision, the Xbox 360 "S". The "S" is slim, light, efficient, silent and also less prone to the famous "Red Ring of Death"-defect. Just like the big 360, the Slim was available in various models and bundles. The "S" was followed by the "E" in 2013, which again was smaller and more silent, and already shows some of the design elements of the XBox One.
