Parallel to their extensive range of V.Smile systems, VTech released the Mobigo handheld in 2010. It features a slide-housing with a hidden keyboard and focusses on kids between 4 and 10 with first experience in reading and writing. Again, famous brands such as Mickey Mouse, Dora the Explorer, Hello Kitty, Cars, Spongebob and more are available on this system. It is not compatible the V.Smile range, as technology on the Mobigo is quite advanced. A Mobigo 2 has been released in the meantime as well.
