The Playstation Vita as a successor of the PSP was a fantastic handheld with great technical features and some nice games. Although it could not repeat the success of other handhelds, it sold enough units to have Sony stick with it and release a hardware revision: smaller, lighter, improved power consumption, and cheaper to manufacture. It is the 2nd of 3 installments of the line (PSV, PSV2, PSVTV).
