The V.Smile Pocket is VTechs successful attempt to get the established V.Smile System to a mobile device. The bulky device is compatible to all released games and has basically the same technology. Of course, a touchscreen with stylus control is added. The competition to Nintendos DS is visible, although VTech target audience is a bit younger than those of the DS. There are 2 Versions available from the first V.Smile Pocket, both looking almost identical, with only a microphone added to the 2nd version. A real revision was released as the V.Smile Cyber Pocket later, which also changed it’s housing noticeably.
