The Nomad is a beautiful piece of plastic. Combining the power of the Mega Drive with a handheld device, and being fully compatible with the broad library of Mega Drive games, the high power-consumption and the dominance of Nintendo on the handheld market avoided it's success. Apart from the Game Gear (and maybe the DCs VMU), this was Segas only try on the handheld market.
