The Laseractive is a heavyweight in many dimensions. The huge device was a daring step for the Laserdisc Technology, until then focussing on movies, into the realm of games. Sega and NEC both released addons for the extension slots, releasing a range of sometimes exclusive and often strange games in 12" Laserdisc. The system is heavy, expensive, complex while running it, sensitive and incredibly rare CIB. It is a worthy addition to the collection and historically highly relevant device.
