The Supervision has its roots in Asia, from where the technology was licenced by Watara to various manufacturers/brands. Among them were Hartung and Quickshot as quite well known companies. As a competitor to the mighty Game Boy, the Supervision never stood a chance. Interesting approaches like the possibility to hook this system up to a TV could not rectify weaknesses such as the weak screen.
