The Multimega is a combination of the Mega Drive and the Mega CD, all in a tiny, discman-like shape. It was quite expensive and another variation that was not sold too well all over the planet, but is a really nice piece of hardware and because of its compability to cartridges and CDs a popular, expensive piece of hardware among collectors.
