The Leapster Explorer GS is the 2nd version oft he Leapster Explorer, a 3rd generation system from Leapfrogs Leapster range. While the Leapster, the L-Max and the Leapster 2 are fully compatible, the Explorer-line is not. The focus on young gamers and edutainment-titles with sometimes well known brands (Dora the Explorer, …) has not changed. Compared to the first Explorer, the Explorer GS has now a motion sensor and camera built in. The camera was available as an accessory before.
