Although VHS-based videogame systems do not offer substantial playing-value, we somehow have a big heart for this quirky category. The Viewmaster Interactivevision, only released in the USA, is one of those systems. Looking like a "real" videogame console, and had some well known licences with games about Sesame Street, Muppet Show, Disney and others. Due to the VHS-technology, interaction was quite quite simple, althought the jostick features 5 buttons. However, you were able to "change" what happens on the screen - this is why we count this as a videogame console.
