Bridging the gap between homecomputers and videogames, the 800XL was equipped with a keyboard as well as joypad port and a cartridge slot. It was quite successful when released in the 80ies.

Als Brueckenschluss zwischen Homecomputern und Videospielkonsolen gesehen besitzt der 800XL sowohl eine Tastatur als auch einen Modulschacht und Joypad-Port. Das System war nach seiner Veroeffentlichung in den 80ern einige Jahre relativ erfolgreich.
