This is an addon for the Mega Drive and lifts the 16-bit system to 32 bits. While some games showed impressive improvements in the graphics, others disappointed. Despite that, this addon sold quite well, as the MDs hardware base was quite huge.

Das 32X ist ein Add-On fuer das Mega Drive, und erweitert dessen 16-Bit Hardware auf 32 Bit. Waehrend einige Titel beeindruckende Fortschritte in Sachen Grafik zeigen konnte, enttaeuschten viele andere. Dennoch verkaufte sich das Add-On gut, da die installierte Hardware-Basis des Mega Drive eine gute Ausgangsposition beschert hat.
